The China–Arab AI Special Education Joint Laboratory has been launched! SIXUNITED is leveraging its computing infrastructure to promote global educational equity and sustainable development.

Artificial intelligence is transforming education. Yet what truly deserves attention is not merely how much AI can enhance educational efficiency, but whether it can help more people gain equitable, high-quality, and sustainable access to education.

From August 18 to 20, the 2026 Global Smart Education Conference was held in Beijing. With the theme “Artificial Intelligence and the Sustainable Development of Education,” the conference brought together policymakers, research institutions, and industry leaders from around the world to explore how artificial intelligence can better support human development and advance educational equity, resource sharing, and sustainable growth.

During the conference, the China–Arab AI Special Education Joint Laboratory was officially launched. As a specially invited guest, SIXUNITED participated in the launch and will provide server infrastructure for the joint laboratory; the relevant servers will be deployed at the headquarters of the Arab League Educational, Cultural and Scientific Organization. The joint laboratory has also been included in the UNESCO AI Ethics Partnership Directory.

This launch has given a broad, overarching proposition a concrete practical framework: artificial intelligence is increasingly being integrated into a wider range of educational settings, thereby opening up new technological possibilities for “enabling more people to share high-quality education.”

From consensus to genuine implementation

Special education is a crucial arena for advancing educational equity and inclusion. In the face of increasingly diverse and personalized learning needs, the perceptual, interactive, interpretive, and assistive capabilities of artificial intelligence offer new possibilities for transcending the traditional boundaries of educational resources and services.

But the value of technology cannot remain at the level of “possibility.” For AI to truly enter education, it requires both algorithms and applications, as well as stable, reliable computing power and infrastructure to support it. The launch of the China–Arab Joint Laboratory for AI in Special Education marks an exploration that moves from concept to action. SIXUNITED will provide servers and deploy them at the headquarters of the Arab League Educational, Cultural and Scientific Organization, offering computational support for subsequent research and applications, thereby ensuring that AI-powered special education has a sustainable technological foundation.

Ideas need to be underpinned by technology, and collaboration requires robust infrastructure. Once servers are truly deployed, the integration of AI and special education gains a solid foundation for sustained progress. This also marks a practical application of SIXUNITED’s AI capabilities in global educational settings. As a full-stack AI infrastructure provider, SIXUNITED continues to build a comprehensive suite of capabilities spanning AI terminals, computing infrastructure, and software platforms, seamlessly connecting diverse forms of computational power with real-world use cases. The value of technology lies not only in creating more powerful products, but also in extending these capabilities beyond the products themselves, embedding them into a wider range of industries and societal needs.

Harnessing the power of technology to meet the needs of education.

The establishment of this joint laboratory also builds on SIXUNITED’s longstanding exploration in the global field of educational digitalization. In early 2026, SIXUNITED entered into a strategic partnership with the “Millennium@EDU” initiative for educational digitalization and sustainable education, actively supporting connectivity and digital transformation in the education sectors of Africa and the Arab region, and contributing to the sustainable development of global education through its technological and industrial capabilities.

Educational interconnectivity addresses “connection,” while AI‑powered innovations in special education explore “intelligence.” Though these two initiatives differ in their specific focus, they both point toward a shared goal: extending the reach of AI beyond products and technologies to broader contexts and more pressing societal needs.

A comprehensive AI capability framework also means that enterprises can assume more diverse roles. AI terminals, computing infrastructure, software–hardware synergy, and global service capabilities together form the foundation for SIXUNITED’s participation in the global drive toward intelligentization. As a result, technological capabilities are no longer merely tools for serving business scenarios; they can also serve as a force to connect resources, bridge the digital divide, and address societal needs.

Let AI go further, and ensure that the future of education benefits more people.

How can AI make education more equitable, inclusive, and sustainable? The answer lies not only in the technology itself, but also in how it is deployed, interconnected, and truly reaches those who need it.

Today, an increasing number of educational settings are embracing digitalization and intelligence. SIXUNITED will continue to leverage its AI capabilities, collaborating with more educational institutions, industry partners, and international organizations, bringing technology into more real-world scenarios and ensuring that the benefits of intelligent solutions reach a wider audience. This, perhaps, is the very essence of AI’s role in advancing sustainable education: as technology pushes beyond existing boundaries, it also empowers education to break free from those same limits.

In the future, SIXUNITED will continue to uphold the philosophy of “technology for good,” leveraging its AI capabilities to actively engage in global efforts to advance the digitalization and intelligent transformation of education, thereby contributing corporate strength to building a more equitable, inclusive, high-quality, and sustainable educational system.

Let AI go further, and enable more people to share in the possibilities of the intelligent era.
