"Rescue" Nearby | SIXUNITED Hubei Xiaogan Industrial Park Conducts Red Cross First Aid Training to Strengthen the Lifeline of Safety Production

Safety production is the lifeline of enterprise development, and employees' emergency response capabilities are the most critical protective nodes on this lifeline. In industrial production scenarios, risks such as mechanical operation accidents, material handling injuries, and sudden cardiac arrest cannot be completely avoided, but professional first aid skills can effectively shorten rescue response time and reduce the severity of injuries. On September 4th, SIXUNITED's Hubei Xiaogan Industrial Park specially invited professional teams from the Xiaogan Red Cross Society and the Xiaogan "Rescue" Public Service Center to conduct Red Cross First Aid Rescuer (Basic) training for 50 employees in the park, systematically improving employees' emergency response capabilities and practically fulfilling the corporate responsibility of "safety first, people-oriented."

Theoretical Teaching: Adapting First Aid Knowledge to Production Scenarios

This training breaks the conventional universal template of first aid courses and instead explains based on possible accident scenarios in industrial production. From injuries caused by mechanical operations in workshops, to potential foreign body obstruction risks in confined space work, to emergency responses during sudden cardiac arrest, core skills such as cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), automated external defibrillator (AED) use, and trauma bandaging are matched one by one with the park's production scenarios. By linking abstract first aid theory with specific production risks, employees gain a more intuitive understanding of "why to learn" and "how to apply," building a first aid cognition framework tailored to job requirements.

Practical Training: Integrating First Aid Skills into Daily Production

Knowing theory alone is not enough; the key is to be able to apply it when needed. In the practical session, instructors used common production accidents in the park as simulation scenarios to guide employees in group drills. In the CPR practice area, employees repeatedly practiced compression depth and frequency on mannequins; in the trauma bandaging area, they simulated treating wounds from mechanical cuts and heavy object impacts, learning different bandaging methods with triangular scarves and bandages to quickly stop bleeding and protect wounds without affecting subsequent medical treatment. To ensure training effectiveness, instructors were present throughout to provide guidance, promptly correcting issues such as insufficient compression force or improper bandage tightness, striving to have every trainee meet the standard and truly integrate first aid skills into daily production.

Results Implementation: Certified Employment, Shared Safety Responsibility

In this training, all participating employees successfully passed the assessment with solid theoretical foundations and proficient practical performance, obtaining the Red Cross First Aid Rescuer (Basic) certificate valid for three years. This achievement injects a key "multi-scenario emergency reserve force" into the industrial park's safety production. Whether in production workshops, administrative offices, or public areas, there are certified key emergency employees on duty, allowing emergency capabilities to truly permeate every corner where risks may exist.

Safety production is the bottom line of an enterprise and the most fundamental responsibility to employees. This first aid training is one of SIXUNITED's important measures to deepen safety production management. Safety production requires not only sound institutional regulations and advanced protective equipment but also every employee's ability to proactively respond to risks. Through this training, SIXUNITED not only supplemented employees' emergency skills courses but also conveyed the core concept that "safety is everyone's responsibility." In the future, SIXUNITED will continue to improve the emergency management system, providing more professional training and more solid actions to safeguard employee safety and lay a solid foundation for high-quality development, making safety the firm background of enterprise development and allowing every employee to grow together with the enterprise in a safe and secure environment.
